- Sour dough bread
- Fresh spinach leaves
- Sliced baby bella mushrooms
- Red pepper - thinly sliced
- Sliced gouda, provlone or gruyere cheese
- Enough mayo for each sandwich
- Four sundried tomatoes in oil
- Tsp of chopped garlic
Mayo: In food processor combine last 3 ingredients
Butter outsides of bread. Spread mayo on other side. Layer veggies and top with cheese. Cook in panini grill or frying pan. (Or for Yvonne, you can use your George Foreman Grill)
