- 1 box penne pasta
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1-2 cups mozzarella
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Italian seasoning
Cook pasta until slightly firm. Drain. Return to pot. Add alfredo and sour cream. Mix. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella, then Italian seasoning. Bake until cheese melts and starts to brown.
